Australialainen vaihto-oppilas vieraili Hakkarissa

Killian Australiasta, Sydneystä, oli vierailemassa Hakkarissa. Hän käy Lempäälän Lukiota mutta tuli tänne koska Hakkari on paras. Emme saaneet kaikista haastattelun vastauksista selvää mutta yritetään nyt kuitenskin. Jos ette osaa enklantia niin haistakaapas guggane.

Why did u come to Finland?

–          Ummmmi, it’s on the other side of the world and here’s cold. And I wanted to get away from my parents.

How long are you staying?

–          I have been here 8 months and I’m going to stay another 3 and half months.

Have you enjoyed being in Finland?

–          Yes, it’s been good, I’ve liked it.

Can you tell us something about Sydney?

–          I come from northern part of Sydney. It’s the biggest city in Australia but it’s not the capital.

So where do you stay? Do you have a host family?

–          Yess. Do you know Topias Lammensalo? I’m staying with him. I’ve had 3 host families.

Which school do you go to?

–          Lempäälän Lukio

Do you like it?

–          Teachers are nice. It’s very relaxed and small school. My school in Sydney is catholic school only for boys, and there are about 1000 students so there are some big differences.

Have you learned any Finnish?

–          Yes, I have.

I have to ask but do you like kangaroos?<3

–          I guess. AAaayyYYYEEeaahh. They just bounce around.

What’s the weather like in Sydney?

–          During the summer time it’s more than 30C and during the winter it goes down to 10C.

Do you have any hobbies?

–          Oh yeah. Football I guess. Music.

Have you been to Helsinki?

–          Yes, it’s nice but big. But actually there lives about 3 million people in Sydney so it’s much smaller than Sydney.

Which cities have you visited?

–          Turkkuu, Vassaa, Helsinkkii.

So what are you going to do the rest of the time?

–          I’m going to go to Lapland and be with my friends. I leave in January.
